SubShield collects only the information you provide: your account details (name, email, company), subcontractor information, and uploaded documents. We do not sell, share, or monetize your data.
How We Use Your Data
Your data is used solely to provide the SubShield service: tracking subcontractor compliance documents, sending expiration reminders, and generating audit logs. We never use your data for advertising or sell it to third parties.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security ensuring only you can access your data. Documents are stored in encrypted cloud storage. All data is transmitted over TLS/HTTPS.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. Contact us at support@subshield.calyvent.com for account deletion requests. All data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
Cookies
We use only essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies, analytics cookies, or third-party advertising cookies.
