Service Description
SubShield is a subcontractor compliance tracking tool that helps general contractors manage certificates of insurance, licenses, and lien waivers. SubShield is not a legal service and does not provide legal advice.
Free Tier
The free tier allows tracking up to 3 subcontractors at no cost. No credit card is required. Free tier accounts have full access to all core features.
Paid Features
Additional subcontractor slots beyond the free tier require a one-time payment of $3 per sub slot. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. All sales are final.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, including expiration dates and document uploads. SubShield sends reminders as a convenience but is not responsible for missed expirations or compliance failures.
Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Limitation of Liability
SubShield is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to missed compliance deadlines or legal exposure.
